From  Masham following  the Ripon Rowel walk to Healey. Then onto Ellingstring, High Ellington, High Mains farm, Marfield NNR and back into Masham - 10 miles.

Fifteen walkers enjoyed a 10 mile circular walk from Masham. Despite the heavy rain and flooding in the area three days prior to the walk, conditions underfoot were quite good. The mild temperatures and sunshine meant that we saw a wide range of wildlife: three barn owls quartering fields, a red kite, two buzzards and eight hares, whilst in the hedgerows the abundance of snowdrops and winter aconites indicate that Spring is on the way. Post walk refreshments were enjoyed at The White Bear, Masham.
