The walk started at 9.30am in the centre of Richmond, down past St Agatha's House, past the Echo stone and along the old railway line to Brompton on Swale, where we had coffee.  Then over the river Swale with plenty of field paths to Colburn where we stopped for lunch.  Back to Richmond via fields and tracks.  A good walk, stayed dry, well blasted by wind and we ended with welcome refreshments at the Town Hall pub.
