Hurst to Fremington Edge and Storthwaite Hall, returning via Slei Gill, Schoolmaster Pasture, and Washfold – 8 miles

Four walkers set off from Hurst on a sunny and breezy morning. Late daffodils were still in bloom as we set off. We enjoyed wonderful views over Arkengarthdale and were glad to see a buzzard in flight as we climbed Slei Gill . The expansive views continued as we made our way back along the Moresdale Road back to Washfold and Hurst
