Scorton Lakes, Scorton Village , Bolton on Swale , return via Bolton on Swale Lake– 6 miles

Five walkers  enjoyed a lovely circuit around Scorton Lakes and village on a  calm and increasingly warm morning . After a break in St Mary's churchyard , we carried on to Bolton on Swale nature reserve. Here we saw  huge numbers of noisy  geese and beautiful emperor dragon flies.
